Well, Saturday I did go to the gym and I lasted about 2 minutes on the bike before I started feeling really crappy. I haven't been sick like this in a VERY long time. I did a couple machines but then I just had to come home. However, weighing myself...I am down 5 1/2 pounds as of Sunday. I know it is from being sick and not eating but man I hope those pounds stay off. Hopefully this week I'll feel good enough to exercize.
Planning a cruise in May and hoping to be bathing suit ready. It has been such a long time since I have been confident in how I look. I'm seriously committed to this! Having kids will not be my excuse!!!
