Okay. So Monday morning, Julian got up at 6am, not thrilled about it so we decided to go for a walk. It was still cool, it was an awesome surprise. We walked the neighborhood for about a half hour. Then Monday night, I went to the gym w/ Vincent. One of my main goals is to be able to run. I have never been a runner and always wanted to. I was always one of the last to finish the mile in P.E. My sister loves to run and has inspired me. So last night at the gym I would walk a few minutes and then run for 30 seconds. I eventually built up to run for 1 min 15 seconds which is minimal but a big accomplishment for me! Then I did some weights. Tonight is my body jam class which I am SO psyched for!
Now, if I could get people to stop bringing over desserts for my dad this diet would be going much better. Yesterday on the scale I was at 212.2, up a bit but I'm working on it! I want to be out of the 210's by next Monday!
