First Day at the Gym

Finally went to the gym! And did 40 minutes on the treadmill and it felt awesome. Mainly just that I actually did it felt awesome. I watched biggest loser while I was there. They showed a caesar salad from a fast food restaurant it had 1010 calories, can you believe that? It's insane! I think I gained about two pounds back from being sick, but I'm saying that's probably because I didn't eat for those five days so when I did eat... I don't know.

While I was there they were doing the body jam class. I think I really wanna try that. I also love the spin classes, I need to start going more often.

I am so not okay with I look post Julian, but I wasn't okay with how I looked before this pregnancy either. It is time to step it up and make some changes!!!

CHANGES SO FAR:

No soda, and mainly just water.
Joined the gym
Limited sweets at night

THINGS I NEED TO DO:

Better meal options
Get a pair of good shoes to exercize in
Man up and take some classes at Fitness Works!
